Family voucher

Validity. This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The session must take place before the expiry date shown on the voucher.

Booking. To book, contact Holly Adams Photography with your voucher code. Sessions are subject to the photographer’s availability, so please book early.

Contract. The recipient will be asked to sign the standard family photography contract before their session, and those terms will then apply.

Value. If the chosen session costs more than the voucher value, the balance is payable before the session. Any unused value can’t be refunded or carried over.

Rescheduling. A session can be rescheduled up to two times. Any further changes may result in the voucher being forfeited or an additional charge.

Missed sessions. If the recipient doesn’t attend without reasonable notice, the voucher will be treated as used.

Refunds. The buyer may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the voucher hasn’t been used. After this, vouchers are non-refundable.

Cash. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Transfer. Vouchers can be passed on to someone else, but can only be used once.

Lost vouchers. Please keep your voucher code safe. Where a purchase can be verified, a replacement can be issued.

Travel. Travel within Kent, London and Essex is included. Sessions outside this area may have a travel fee, agreed before booking.
